Very pale straw; freshest aromas of lychee, green apple and quince. Light-bodied & not bone-dry; lively fruit salad with mouth-watering sweet-sour flavour, bouncy acidity, trips easily across the palate.

Meze platter with crusty bread, cold meats and dips, or glazed chicken wings, or a plateful of California rolls (sushi).
