PRODDUCT DESCRIPTION:
Mid lemon; intriguing bouquet of dried peach, flowering plum and glacé fruit. Ripe & fleshy with juicy mango flavours balanced by smooth acidity. Lovely concentration, still fresh after four years in bottle.
FOOD PAIRING:
Calamari rings marinated in olive oil, lemon & lots of parsley, or roast pork belly with ginger, or tender chicken Kiev.
