Pale straw; rather different: here fresh apples and pears with merest hint of ripe fig. Crisp and dry, crammed with delicious fruit in harmony with aromas; tangy, zesty finish. Really ripe at 14%. alc.

Samoosas with potato, green peas and green coriander, or a pie with flaked snoek and sweetcorn, or coronation chicken.
