Waverley Hills is best known for producing organic wines with a unique style; extremely smooth with soft ripe tannins and robust fynbos (garrigue) characteristics. The estate is situated between Tulbagh and Ceres at the foothills of the breath-taking Witzenberg Mountain Range. The Waverley Hills Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2021 has a deep red centre with bright red rim. Plum and rosemary aromas denote its freshness which is rounded off by subtle spicy and fynbos notes. On the palate the wine is full and round, with notes of plums and red spices. The silky and juicy tannins let the taste of the wine linger in the mouth. An easy drinking red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
