The Sperling family have been making internationally acclaimed wines of character for over 8 decades on their farm, Delheim Wine Estate in Stellenbosch. The farm is one of the Cape’s most beloved wineries thanks to the premier terroir that shines through its excellent wines. The Delheim Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 has aromas of cassis, plum, cedar wood and cigar box with a slight herbaceous undertone. The palate is well structured with fine and delicate tannins and beautiful oak integration. Cassis flavours linger on the finish. A full bodied, fragrant red wine.
